Roles and Responsibility
1. To have strong understanding of structural engineering
2. Should have handled highrise and complex steel structures
3. Strong understanding of connection design & development
4. Understanding of codes - IS, BS , EN & AISC
5. Handle Project independently, and guide the team
6. Should be able to organise & attend Client meetings, site & shop visits
7. Coordination internal (in house) & external ( client & site)
8. Should be able to handle team size of 6 senior design engineers
